BRDC Polling #4 : Your Destination for Shopping Trip in Bandung

From the 14th of August until 15th of September, 2010; we have published our fourth online polling. We asked people, “Where will you go for a shopping trip in Bandung?”

136 people took the poll, and as we can see from the result above, most respondents chose to shop at factory outlets, which have export quality stuff works, for their fashion shopping trip in Bandung. And the runner up position belongs to the trade centers, which has lost 8 votes from the factory outlets.

Considered as the shopping paradise, visiting Bandung without doing shopping sprees means you're not completely explore the fun of Bandung. Lots of shopping spots are available all over town, offering the creative work and masterpieces of Bandung’s people. Many of them have high quality and you may put them equally with other international well-known brands. No wonder Bandung is always crowded with shoppers all across the country, even foreigners; especially on weekends and holidays.

Factory outlet is one of the main shopping spots that people usually visit in Bandung. At first, factory outlet is a shop which sells their own product from their own legal industry, but nowadays Bandung’s factory outlets are selling other industry’s product and brands – not limited brands anymore.

The next favorite shopping trip destination in Bandung is trade center, such as Pasar Baru, ITC, Kings and so on. Trade center is a one-stop shopping spot, you might find almost any kind of fashion items here. The prices are relatively cheap and the most fun part is you can freely bargain it with the sellers. This is where excellent negotiation and communication skills will come in handy.
